Individual Tax Return Preparation (Form 1040)

We understand that every tax situation is unique, and that’s why our pricing reflects the complexity and time involved—rather than just the number of forms.

Our fees for preparing individual 1040 tax returns typically start at $205 for straightforward cases. For more complex returns, where additional analysis, documentation, or consulting is needed, fees generally range from $280 to $480. In rare or highly detailed cases, the cost may be higher.

  • Basic Returns

Simple W-2, standard deduction, minimal credits

  • Moderate Returns

Multiple income sources, itemized deductions, credits, small business schedules

  • Complex Returns

Business entities, multi-state, rentals, international, IRS representation

We don’t charge based on how many forms are used—instead, we focus on the time and care required to ensure your tax return is prepared accurately, thoroughly, and in full compliance with IRS standards. Our goal is to provide you with peace of mind and the best possible outcome.

If you’re unsure where your situation falls, feel free to contact us—we’re happy to provide a personalized estimate before starting any work.
